For Property Owners
The American Easement Foundation must approve any work on a property that affects the portions of the property that are a part of the conservation easement. The Foundation seeks to make work review decisions in a timely manner and in order to do so encourages property owners to notify us in early stages of planning a project. This provides us an opportunity to advise owners on the appropriateness of the anticipated action. Use the form listed below to do so.
